Reshmi Electronic Cop Banding Machine

The RESHMI Electronic Cop Banding Machine is a latest-generation machine for labeling wound cops (domestic 2" make-up). Its added advantage is complete automation, except for the placing of cops onto the feeding conveyor.

The machine is equipped with an electro-pneumatic system to activate the main functions, thus providing an oil-free working environment.. The entire operation from feeding to sealing the cops are done by pneumatically operated FESTO or SMS cylinders, which both offer world-wide service and spare parts availability. The machine features an built-in reset facility, which allows customers to restore all systems to the original factory defaults.

* The optimum production range is 40 to 55 cops per minute.

The machine is equipped with SIEMENS TD 200 interface terminal, which displays all production settings and assists in any troubleshooting.

The pneumatic cylinders, stepper motors and servo motors are controlled via a standard PLC, ensuring reliable wrapping and sealing of every cop.
