This machine checks the friction index variation of lubricated thread. This is to confirm whether the thread is properly and evenly lubricated or not. When the thread passes through the two polished friction rollers the lubrication variation will be sensed by the sensor wheel and sensitive spring, swing of the spring indicates the variation in lubrication. The result is recorded in a graphical manner from which the friction and variation can be evaluated.
